Tech Talk—Audi Integrates YouTube for Select Models

Whether you're waiting for your vehicle to charge, taking a driving break, or simply need to kill some time in your Audi, you can now do so with YouTube access, available in select models starting in 2024. The video streaming platform is the first of many third-party apps that Audi will add to the Multimedia Interface (MMI) with a data link. The app is available now in the app store.

Audi has worked in partnership with CARIAD and HARMAN Ignite to bring this new era of technology and app access to its users. Customers can integrate apps from a wide variety of services like music, video, gaming, navigation, parking & charging, productivity, weather, and news. The addition of YouTube signals Audi's commitment to providing drivers with an even more advanced experience in all of its vehicles. When in park, passengers can stream their favorite videos on the largest video streaming platform in the world.
